1. Warranty
All goods are covered by a warranty in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.

In addition, Ferogrill provides a 1-year warranty if cracks or bulges appear on the metal (due to metal deformation caused by a manufacturing defect or structural defect).

2. The warranty does not apply if:
  • the product has been used improperly or not for its intended purpose;
  • individual parts of the grill have been lost or misplaced;
  • the grill has rusted naturally due to contact with the environment (moisture, rain, outdoor storage);
  • the color has changed or the paint has peeled off due to natural wear and tear, intensive use, or lack of maintenance;
  • mechanical damage has been caused (dents, scratches, etc.).

3. Warranty period
  • The warranty period is calculated from the date of delivery of the product to the buyer.
  • The warranty period is specified in the description of the specific product. If not specified, the minimum period established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania applies.

4. Warranty application procedure
  • The customer must provide the order number and proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
  • The seller undertakes to assess the cause of the defect and, in the event of a warranty claim, within a reasonable time:
    • repair the goods, or
    • replace them with new ones, or
    • refund the amount paid.
