1. General provisions
  • These rules govern the rights and obligations of the buyer and seller (Mindaugas Rūkas, ferogrill.lt).
  • An order is considered a concluded contract from the moment the buyer submits the order and receives confirmation by email.

2. Placing orders
  • Goods are ordered online via the ferogrill.lt system.
  • The buyer must provide accurate information for the order to be fulfilled.

3. Payment
  • Available payment methods: bank transfer, card, e-banking.
  • The order must be paid for before the goods are shipped or the service is provided.

4. Delivery
  • Goods are delivered within 2–5 business days in Lithuania.
  • Goods are delivered within 5–20 business days to other countries.
  • Delivery is carried out by courier or post office.
  • The delivery price is specified at the time of ordering.

6. Warranty
  • Goods and services are covered by a warranty in accordance with the consumer protection laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the EU.
  • An additional warranty is also provided (see below for more details).

7. Liability
  • The buyer is responsible for providing correct information.
  • The seller is not liable for damages if the buyer does not collect the goods or provides incorrect data.

8. Final provisions
  • All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. In the event of a disagreement, the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply.
