1. Right of withdrawal Under Lithuanian and EU law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the order within 30 days of receiving the goods or concluding the service contract without giving any reason.
2. Conditions for returning goods
Goods may only be returned if they are unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and suitable for resale.
If the goods are defective or incorrect, the seller will cover the return costs.
If the goods are of good quality but the buyer has simply changed their mind, the buyer shall cover the return costs.
3. Cancellation of services
An order can be canceled free of charge if the goods have not yet been shipped.
If the item has already been shipped, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued within 20 business days of the seller receiving the returned product.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
